# Perfect Tags

Trend sessions are the best but perfect tags are a close second.

Perfect Tags is when price action moves significantly in both directions resulting in BULL and BEAR AMG (average max gain) both over 100%.

Volume over 120% and 10+ alerts on each side with both returning over 100% at max gain.

That's a perfect tags session!

You can make money on the way up and then the way down or the way down and then back up.

It's very easy to label the session after it's over:

💲 Trend session = price pushes further into the red BL +/- 5

🏹 Perfect tags = price swings the opposite way at BL +/- 5

Being able to tell the difference live in the session is much more difficult.

## Trading Perfect Tags vs Trend

A perfect tags session means price is going to swing the other direction.

But we only want to attempt swings when we are deep in the red area of the chart.

Avoid swings (opposite direction) unless we are deep in the red BL +/- 5

Take swings when price has stalled or stopped, this is the best opportunity

If price has moved rapidly into the red like 2 or 3+ strikes in a 30m period, then there's a good chance it will swing the other direction.

Price moves deep into the red BL +6 before stalling at the 563 strike.

Strategy:

✅ Only attempt swings deep in the red BL +/- 5 or 6

If you are in a winning trade it will just fly without mercy killing the opposite side. If the swing is stalling or going slow, you should probably risk off.
