⚠️0DTE Trading Zones
There are three separate zones in the RIGGED AI options trading system, they are based on the average intraday move from the blue line (aka the blue line rule).
The higher we get from the blue line, the more risk for BULLS.
The lower we get from the blue line, the more risk for BEARS.
There are three separate zones:
ZONE 1 - BL +/- 2 to 3
ZONE 2 - BL +/- 3 to 4
ZONE 3 - BL +/- 4 to infinity
Each zone comes with general strategy guidelines which change based on volume and historical performance.
EXIT ZONE - exit the trade to runners (free contracts) as price may reverse.
RELOAD ZONE - when price moves from the red, back into the yellow this can be a good area to reload trades that follow the price action.
BULL or BEAR RISK - this is approximately the high end of an average move, so the risk it will continue increases. It's not often profitable to short the bottom or long the top.
BULL or BEAR SWING ZONE - where price action loves to reverse and kill the opposite side look for multiple same side option alerts with a high win rate.
EXTREME BULL / BEAR RISK - when price reaches the red area it's approximately a 2 standard deviation move from the average.
SWING OR NUKE TO CLOSE - extremely rare session (less than 10%) where it's unclear whether price will reverse or keep nuking lower.
NUKE or PUMP TO CLOSE - extremely rare session (less than 10%), where a pullback could happen. However bullish moves more commonly continue with price closing at a high. Look for entries on a 1+ strike pullback.
If volume is over 120%+, then it's expected price will go into zone 3 (red). You may want to hold runner contracts until the end of the session.
BEAR EXIT ZONE
Exit zone = your exit target to runners (or take profit before).
When price reaches Zone 1 it will either swing (reverse) or continue to push through.
Price hits zone 1, moves into zone 2 and then bounces, making it a perfect area to exit.
BULL SWING ZONE
Here the RIGD AI system triggers a 268 BULL SWING with a 52.94% WR.
This is a perfect trade returning 197.66% in 1hr 59m and only a -3.10% drawdown.
BEAR RELOAD ZONE
In higher volume, we can reload BEARS (put options) when price moves back into the reload zone.
CTE says BEARS BL to -2
Price swings up to the BEAR RELOAD ZONE and we get two BEAR BOMBS with a 72.00% win rate.
These are perfect trades with no drawdown returning over 100%
SWING OR NUKE TO CLOSE
If price does not pump out of the red area, it's going to keep nuking.
Here we get a clean nuke to the close (BEAR TREND) session with price nuking 5 strikes lower before a small bounce and closing -8.71 below the blue line.
RIGD AI sends a perfect 3378 BEAR SWING and while the historical WR is low, the 30D WR is 58.59%. This is a perfect trade going for a max gain of 510% in only 2hr 9m.
BULL EXIT ZONE
Three strikes is the best exit target on low volume. This text will change depending on volume.
Price moves from the blue line up to the BULL EXIT ZONE and then nukes 2-strikes lower. This was the perfect spot to exit!
BULL RELOAD ZONE
When price goes into zone 2 or 3 and pulls back to the reload zone, it's a great time to follow BULL BOMBS.
Price basically pumps straight to zone 3, before pulling back to the top of the reload zone.
KTR triggers for the earlier bull bomb and the option alert returns 334.08% max gain.
PUMP TO CLOSE
These are the best trading sessions. Price just keeps going higher. It's very common to see on TESLA or NVDA in high volume on Fridays.
This session in particular was one of a kind with the biggest intraday reversal of all time.
0DTE Zone Summary
Overall the zones serve as a general guide, where matching option alerts with a high win rate can be incredible trades.
Markets are going to market and trend sessions can happen in low volume and flat sessions can happen in high volume.
These are general guidelines.
Zone 1 - this is the best spot to take profit on the majority of your position. If it doesn't continue to zone 2 immediately, it's going to reverse. Wall Street punishes late chasers.
Zone 2 - this is where we love to see reversals happen, especially if it's early in the session and we're below the blue line.
Zone 3 - the red is crazy because it's either going to keep going way beyond what people expect or it's going to reverse. Whatever position you take if you exit losers fast and switch sides, you can usually win.
